R E T U R N S

The following conditions apply when returning your ENDEMANN online purchase:

We offer a 14 day returns policy, Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required to accompany the item(s) you wish to return.

Item(s) that are damaged, worn, soiled, or altered, or anything Endemann reasonably believes has been used will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.

In accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Endemann will offer exchange refund for items that:

  • are unfit for the purpose for which they are sold.
  • do not correspond with the online description by which they were sold.
  • do not correspond with the online sample that you were shown.

Our Endemann Customer Care team are unable to review any worn or used items via e-mail or phone. Items must be physically returned for assessment.

All Endemann items go through a through a quality assurance check prior to leaving the warehouse. On the rare occasion you do experience an issue with your order, please contact Endemann Customer Care team immediately to discuss the next steps.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

EXCEPTIONS | NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless garments are deemed faulty.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not process online exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to contact Endemann customer care to authorise a return for a refund/credit & to make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to order. Alternatively, if the item is the same product & you wish to exchange for size only, please reach out to our customer care team.

 

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE + REFUNDS

To return your Endemann online order, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@endemann.com.au quoting your order number and reason for returning.

Our Customer Care team will review this information and if compliant with our returns policy, we will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number.  Endemann will not accept any returns sent without an RA number.

For all Australian Returns, customer is liable for returns costs & must returned by Australia Post with tracking. For items that are deemed faulty, damaged during transit or incorrect item received, Endemann will cover return costs.

Please note: we do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than Australia Post, along with tracking.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will advise you when your refund has been approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
