ENDEMANN endeavours to process your order & have it shipped to you as soon as possible. We offer the following convenient shipping options:
Free Standard Shipping for all Australian Orders Over $299.00
All online orders over $299.00 receive free standard shipping within Australia.
Orders under $299 will incur a flat fee of $10. We also offer express shipping for a flat rate fee of $15.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. However, in the event that there are any problems with your order we will contact you via phone and or email.
We deliver all Australian orders by Australia Post, a signature is required on delivery, we therefore recommend that you provide an attended address. If using a work address, please ensure to include the business name. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left by your local Australia Post delivery person to collect your order from your nearest post office within 10 working days.
Express Shipping
Express delivery is also available at a cost of $15. Express delivery is the quickest delivery option offered by Australia Post.
Australia Delivery Times:
Sydney Metro - 1-2 business days, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro - 2 business days, Adelaide Metro - 3 business days, Perth & Darwin Metro - 4 business days and Tasmania - 4 business days. For all regional orders - the delivery time will take slightly longer depending on the state and region. *During busy sale periods, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. Delivery times should be treated as estimates only. Expected delivery timeframes commence from your parcel being dispatched.
International Shipping
NEW ZEALAND Flat Rate shipping $25.00
Free shipping for orders over $299.00
New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post and generally take 3 to 7 working days to arrive. Please note: customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Endemann. It is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email from Endemann with your tracking number. If you wish to track the delivery of your order you can log into the Australia Post website as below and enter your tracking number to find out exactly where you order is.
